Not sure why your "Send to OneNote" print driver has gone. Try to do a repair of the Office 2010 install and that should fix it. Go to "Programs and Features" in the Windows control panel. Find Office 2010. Right click it, and choose "Change" then choose the option to "Repair" the installation.
